As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Dave focuses on coaching clients to clarify their goals and pursue long-term strategies for reaching them. He also serves as a portfolio manager for the team's discretionary investment strategies. He has been a financial advisor since 2005 and holds an MBA in finance from Marylhurst University. He completed his undergraduate degree in English and history at Simpson University.

Raised near Yreka, CA, Dave has lived in the Rogue Valley since 1997 and is an active member of the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hearts and Vines Foundation, the Chamber of Medford/Jackson County and the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council. He is a past president of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council and formerly served on the boards of the Providence Community Health Foundation, the Southern Oregon Sports Commission, Simpson University, Pacific Bible College and the Jackson County Library Foundation. Dave and his wife, Erin, have three adult children. He enjoys tennis, golf, cycling, skiing and a host of other outdoor activities.

Diane brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry and currently serves as a Financial Advisor for the team. Diane holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation as well as Series 7 and 66 licenses. She also serves on the firm's Women Financial Advisor Network committee. She focuses on the financial planning, portfolio strategy and client strategy sessions.

Diane and her husband, Barry, are both natives of the Rogue Valley. They reside in Medford with their houseful of pets. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening and reading.

Maddy has been in the financial services industry since 2022 and focuses on providing an outstanding experience for our clients. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.

Before joining our team, she worked for the State of Oregon Judicial Department as a court clerk and as an assistant to a civil and family judge. Being a people person, she loves attending and coordinating social events, and is dedicated to making sure she provides exceptional client service. In her free time, she enjoys concerts, traveling, cooking and working out. 

Amanda has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. She uses her wide base of knowledge and experience to deliver stellar client service. She enjoys building and maintaining procedures that ensure every client receives top-quality attention.

She is a Medford native with a passion for animals, especially her dogs, Stella and Piper, as well as her cat, Frankie. Her hobbies include gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.
